PAYMENT BY INVOICE
If you choose to pay for your purchases by invoice, you can place your order immediately and pay for it later (within 14 days). A standard credit check will be performed, without providing a copy free of charge. You may also pay for your order in several installments.
PRICING
All prices displayed on the Kaskette® website include VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation. ORDERING PROCEDURE
Any order placed in the name of another person without their consent will be reported to the authorities. Mr Corona Mattéo reserves the right to change prices and correct incorrect prices for any order, as well as for any finalized sale. If a price is incorrect, Mr Corona Mattéo may be forced to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid in the best way possible. This procedure can be carried out at any time.
Customers have the right to return the order within 30 days from the date of receipt. This right is only applicable when the product and its original packaging can be returned in the state in which they were received. WARRANTY
Warranty period: 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the product itself. To request a replacement under this warranty, please use our contact form, available on the "contact us" page. In the email, you must provide your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the problem. If Mr Corona Mattéo finds none of the defects described above, the product will be returned to the customer.
Please note that any repair or replacement will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty period.
- Breakdowns or damage due to incorrect use or negligence
- Failure or damage due to unjustified repair or modification
- Breakdowns or damage due to fire, water, or a natural disaster, such as an earthquake
- Aesthetic alterations occurring due to normal wear and aging
- In cases where the point of sale and date of purchase are not indicated on the warranty card, or if this information has been rewritten
- If the warranty is not provided with the product.
- Battery replacement will be charged, even during the warranty period.
