Shipping & Orders
We process your order within 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes place within 5 to 12 business days.
Your order tracking is available on our Track My Order page as soon as it has been shipped.
Standard delivery is free, but if you would like priority delivery, the cost is €3.90.
Don't worry, some of our products are not shipped from the same storage location. It is therefore possible that your order will arrive in multiple packages. Otherwise, please contact our customer service at contact@kaskette.com

To help us process your request more efficiently, please provide sufficient information when you get in touch (images, etc.).
Cancellations & Returns
Once the order has been placed, you have a 24-hour window to contact us regarding any changes to your order. After this period, your order will be processed and no modifications will be possible.
It is perfectly possible to cancel your order! If the order has already been processed, however, the cancellation fees will amount to 40% of the purchase price.

We are only able to accept returns in the event of a proven product defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
