Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return for any item purchased directly on our website.

General return conditions

Returned items must strictly:

• Be unused,
• Be returned in their original packaging,
• Have tags and protective seals intact,
• Be in the same new condition as when received.

Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.

Refund terms

A refund to the original payment method is provided only if a defect, damage, or error on our part is found.

The defect or error must be reported by sending photos, and then confirmed by our team after receipt and verification of the returned package.

If no defect is found (e.g., the product does not fit, is not to your liking, customer choice error, etc.), the refund will be issued as a store credit, valid on our website.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs are covered by Kaskette.com only if the product is defective, damaged, or in the event of an error on our part, upon validation by our team.

Return procedure

The return request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the return address will be provided to you by email.

Requests made via our social media are not accepted.

Kaskette.com cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the package during the return process.

We reserve the right to refuse a return after reviewing the request.

We are not responsible for delivery address errors provided by the customer.

No refunds will be issued for reasons related to delivery times, as these are specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our FAQ.

Refund processing times

Refunds (or store credits) are processed within 7 to 14 days, depending on the payment method used (credit card or PayPal).
