HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

• Your order may take 1 to 3 business days to process.
• Delivery then takes 5 to 12 days depending on your location (allow 2 weeks for French overseas territories).
• A tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email to track your parcel on your national postal service website (e.g., La Poste for France).
• Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are not present, the parcel will be left in your mailbox or you will need to collect it from your local post office.
• Once the parcel is shipped, only the postal service is responsible for it.
